Dinning in the Eiffel Tower was great! A delicious 3 course meal served, loved the view and just being in there. Cruise was beautiful, seeing the city and the lights through the canals is great way to see parts of the city. Moulin Rouge was very different and entertaining, giving a great performance. This combination of events made a wonderful night, highly recommend it!!

Sharon S., New Zealand
My only problem with the evening was the drop off at the end. I was on my own and dropped somewhere where I had no idea where I was. I was aware that we would be dropped within close vacinty if our hotel but where I was dropped was a fair way from my hotel. Unfortunelty I was accosted on my way back to the hotel which was a very frightening experience. Maybe the tour guide could at least point you in the right direction of the hotel.

Alisar S., Australia
Absolutely awesome you definitely want to do this if your ever in Paris, the only disappointing thing was seine river was not done on the same evening and they gave us a voucher to do it the next day, which lucky we were still in the country to be able to do it, otherwise we would have missed out.

Eric C., United Kingdom
The Dinner at the Eiffel Tower was excellent. The Seine River Cruise was nice (but it rained.) The Show at the Moulin Rouge was a pathetic joke... 1000 people crammed into a theatre the size of a picture theatre - view from the table was very poor. Extremely disappointed ...!

Phuoc Hai L., Australia
The tour guide Michelle had been fanstastic. The dinner at Eiffel tower, the cruise, and the show had been outstanding. Can't be missed. At the end of the tour, we were dropped off right in front of our hotel. The whole tour had been terrific. Love every minute of it. Highly recommended.

Carol S., USA
It was great. I did not expect the dinner to be very good at the Eiffel Tower, but surprisingly it was. The cruise was awesome at night, with the buildings all aglow. The Moulin Rouge show was great. All in all, definitely a highlight of our trip and totally worth the money.

Ross N., Australia
food was great, tour was ok, Moulin Rouge was good but cramped and the show ran for 2 hours ending at 1:30 in the morning

Susannah M., United Kingdom
Cruise was great. Overall very good but our two issues are not having dinner in the Eiffel Tower due to technical problems (the alternative mean and venue were lovely but not the same as being in the Eiffel Tower) and the Moulin Rouge was very crammed! but having said that was a spectacular show!

Victor G., Canada
A great evening. Well organized. Great to get a ride back to the hotel

Joanne L., South Africa
Hi, we really enjoyed the tour, but were very dissapointed with the moulin rouge show, as my daughter and I got seats in the corner, next to a wall, and could only see half the stage. thanks

We managed to see all the historic monuments in Paris and understood the history about them. This gave us a very welcome insight on the history of Paris and the splendour of the different monuments, museums etc.

WE TOOK A 2 DAY PASS, THE FIRST DAY (OCTOBER 31) LINE 1, THE DRIVER RIDE THE BUS AS CRAZY, VERY FAST, IT WAS LIKE A RUNNER, PEOPLE WAS HIP ON AND OFF ALMOST FALLEN DOWN ON THE OTHER PEOPLE ALREADY SITTED. THE SECONF DAY WAS BETTER. THE DRIVER DROVE THE BUS NORMALLY.

Roblyn H., USA
What a great way to get around town and to learn about the various parts of town. We loved the hop on and off bus tour in Paris and London. For now on, we'll look for a similar bus tour while on vacation. Here's a picture of my two daughters and me leaving Paris Opera House on Oct. 4, 2012. Roblyn H. Mitchellville, MD

Marcus C., Singapore
The tour started off pretty bad - I started at Auber station, after getting on to the bus, there was no movement for a good 20 minutes, no one bothered to inform us what was going on, only after 20 minutes did someone show up to say that it was driver changeover time, and suggested that we get into another bus. Anyway, if you're buying just a one-day ticket, main attractions in Paris is small enough not to need this tour, esp. as you'll likely be spending quite a bit of time in at least 1 or 2 of the locations and won't be using much of their services. Would most likely be cheaper to go by alternative mode of transportation.

GREATH THANKS

.,

janet S., Australia
I love the hop on hop off buses, recommend a 2 day pass. You get to see many of the wonderful sights of Paris, learn about them and hop off when you want. Some times there was a long wait but that was because the bus waited at some stops for 20mins which was handy at times.

I expedted a different tour. The tour started at the time but it was not dark and we had the illuminations bus drive first. If we want to see the coty with lights, it has to be completely dark. The cruise was OK. Again, I expected more. It was too crowded - I thought it was going to be more private with the people that was on the bus only. Instead we had a huge group of other people joining, making it difficult to get nice seats.

Victoria L., Canada
One of the best tours. Spectacular!

Ashley A., Canada
This is a great tour to do on your first day to get your bearings and see some cool stuff. The only negative is that the music between the commentary on the bus ride was the same song by 2 different artists on repeat. And not even the entire song. Just one part about April in Paris on repeat-- kinda annoying

Joan D., Australia
We wish we had been warned about daylight saving as the lights didn't come on until after 10pm so the cruise was over and we were heading back on the bus, We still enjoyed the ride and would recommend it however we wished the lights would have been put on a little earlier. Some of the headsets didnt work well , so we missed out on the coverage .

Rita H., USA
Good guide and driver of bus. I choose the seven p.m. tour and it was too early to see the lights; however, the tour was interesting.

ASHA T., Tanzania
The Seine River Cruise was great but we didnt see any illuminations as the sun sets late in summer.

Carol F., USA
We enjoyed our tour of Paris and the length of the tour was quite nice. We had taken a Seine River cruise 5 years ago with another boat line which we have to admit was a better cruise. Somehow we were able to take better photos on that trip. However, the bus tour was really great. It was a very warm evening and the comfort of the air conditioned tour bus was so comfortable. The bus driver and guide were extremely helpful to us getting to the correct subway to return to our hotel that evening. Thank you for you kindness.

JEFFREY F N., USA
This Seine River Cruise was in late May and sunset was not until after 9:00 pm so this turned out to be a Sunset Cruise. Perfect! On a prior visit, I was in Paris in October and that was a nighttime cruise. That was a different, but still something I would recommend. Because of the late sunset and the warmer temperatures, the May cruise was very enjoyable. The warm weather brought Parisians to the banks of the Seine for picnics adding to the party atmosphere of the cruise. The Illuminations bus tour of the city following the river cruise is a good way to get a glimpse of the many attractive sites in Paris. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Christine G., Australia
We did this tour on a Sunday and it was the perfect start to a new week. The Seine river cruise was excellent with headphones in many languages explaining sites as you passed them. The bus tour was very extensive, lots of fun and the best way to orientate yourself on Paris attractions. Our guide was very professional whilst having a lovely manner about her. I would encourage anyone going to Paris to do this tour at the beginning of your holiday to get the most benefit from it.

Guide was informative, and it gave us a quick overview of Paris. It was the first time we had traveled there.

Patrick L., Ireland
Maybe the trip in the future could include the Arc de Triomphe and the i could give five stars. The guide for this trip was very friendly and really made us feel welcome in Paris

Patrick L., Ireland
We liked the locations chosen as well as the cruise. However we were diasappointed in that the guide said he would meet us after cruise but when we got out onto the pier there was no sign of the guide. The cruise did not arrive back to the pier until after 6p.m. and we spent like less than 3 minutes getting a few postcards on our way out onto the pier. We saw no sign of the guide who promised to meet us at 6 p.m. and we checked up by the Eifel Tower in case he was parked up there, then we came back down the steps to the pier again and waited for a while and then rang cityrama in Paris and they told us that the guide was gone on to another call. If he said nothing about meeting us then we would have been able to make our way back to the hotel no problem and maybe see or do something else.

Jordan H., Australia
The tour guide was disorganised and 15 minutes late and as a result of his tardiness, he informed me we would not have time to see the Eiffel Tower. I have put in a complaint about my experience, but have yet to receive any response other than we will look into this in 2 weeks. I am not a happy customer and would not recommend this tour. I would add a snapshop of my tour, but as mentioned before, tour guide was late and I didn't get my photostop.

Domingos A., Brazil
The guide, Mr. Nicolas was very friendly, speaks Portuguese well, but the content of the tour thought it was very weak, should include more stops and places of Paris

Portia H., USA
The driver was very friendly, the narration of tour sights and the brief stops were excellent, and the entire group sang Happy Birthday to me because the day of the tour, April 30th was my birthday! I highly recommend this tour to any visitor to Paris!

Lourdes Mendoza C., USA
We really enjoyed this tour. We took the morning tour , and enjoyed how it was small and more personal as you can ask questions. We got an overview of the city, and included 30 min stops to Sacre Coeur and Norte Dame and a photo stop at the Eiffel Tower. Our driver and tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips about the city with good humor. Pickup was on time from our hotel and the tour lasted about 4 hours. Definitely a must to get an overview of the city and it gives you ideas of which places we wanted to spend more time in.

Edwin S., Singapore
Our Drive cum Guide, Phil was good and friendly. Very Punctual in hotel pickup. Brought us around as many as he could within the time fr

Patricia G., USA
Did this tour in September 2011. There were six of us in the van (2 English speaking and 4 Spanish speaking). The driver, I think her name was Stephanie, was excellent in her English and Spanish. I was very impressed with her Spanish language. We saw the main city sights and stopped for 30 minutes at Notre Dame (I had been there on a previous trip and rushed thru the 30 minutes we were allowed. Would have liked more time) and the church in Montmartre The Sacre Coeur where we again stayed 30 minutes. I understand trying to get in all the sights in the alloted 3 1/2 hours, but it would have been nice to stop and get out at the Eiffel Tower or a few other spots, just to take nice pictures, if nothing else. The traffic in Paris is horrendous and we sat wasting many precious minutes this way. I needed a hotel pickup for a tour because of my reluctancy to venture out on my own using the metro and this fit the bill. I would recommend this tour for a quick overview of Paris and then go back to see what really interested you. For better photo ops, take the hop on hop off bus and sit on top! Otherwise it was a good value for the money and time spent.

sarah C., Australia

Our guide was very congenial and informative, going out of her way to give us a really good tour with lots of bits and pieces of information along the way. It was a pleasure going on this tour. Will definitely do it again in 2015.

NOAMI N., Israel
This tour would be more interesting if not done on a public holiday as the crowd is tripled the amount on a regular day. Two hours is also not enough time to wander throughout the entire complex. Worth a visit otherwise.

charisse L., USA
Loved Versailles. Totally disappointed in this tour. It was booked as a tour not just a ride. Everyone in the ban expected a live tour guide. The last trip I took to Versailles with a paid tour two years ago had a live guide. VERY disappointing

Y T Lui L., USA
the hotel pick up was excellent. the Versallies tour was rather disappointing and not worth the price when compared to others tours in Rome, Italy.

Bernadette K., Australia
Really wonderfull experience. Great Guide.

Maurice B., USA
This tour is not skip the line for all lines just the ticket line. You still have to wait in a long line to enter the Palace. Our driver seemed surprised that we had to wait also but he added more time to make up for the long line wait to enter. Another surprise is the driver/guide does not guide you through the Palace. He leaves prior to entering the Palace and the rest is an audio/headset tour. We still loved it and the convenience of having a driver picking us up and dropping us off to where we wanted was a bonus. He was also very informative, courteous and stayed on schedule.

Stuart B., Australia
Driver was very nice and informative. Vehicle was good and it was easy to get picked up from hotel.

James T., USA
Didn't have enough time to see gardens at Versailles. Tour was listed as 4 hours. We were pickedup at hotel at 1340. We had to meet the driver at 1630 to return to hotel. We were back at hotel at 1715. We actually had 2 hours to see the palace and the gardens.

MARGARET K., Australia
The driver was prompt picking us up and was friendly and informative. He organised the entry tickets and guide and was waiting for us at the designated spot after our visit of Versailles. He kindly dropped us off at the Eiffel Tower. A good experience.

We booked a three day pass which included the river bus. The tours were very good and we certainly saw the sites. We felt that it was really good value for money as it worked out to about £12.50 per day and gave a great deal of flexibility. We would have liked a map of the tours to be available on the website before we travelled as we were staying in Montparnasse and had no idea where the bus stop was. Therefore we had to travel into Paris by Metro and guess where we could pick up the tour. Once we had got the map it was extremely simple to follow. Warning to everyone, remember to take your tickets with you every day. Unfortunately We left ours in the hotel on the last day so didn't manage the Montmartre tour.

Chun Lin S., Malaysia
The frequency of bus is excellent. very friendly bus driver and can speak English very well.

stevina S., Canada
With the four lines, it is not one bus.You have to connect to the other routes via different buses if you wish to see Paris. Very good tour.

Ronald C., USA
Mthe Paris hop on hop off bus was great. The boat ride was even nicer. We got to see about all there was to see in Paris. One problem, on the second day, the driver left us stranded near the Bastille, then compounded the insult by telling us another bus was on it's way.......the second bus never showed. We had to catch a subway back to our main station.

Barbara A., Australia
Great way to see Paris! A must do! Only negative is that the bus waited at some of the stops far too long!

Shantanu P., India
It was great experience, the open top bus tours are very good as well as convinient...good frequency and space management...we could find plan inside or on open top as needed most of the times...

annette H., USA
Paris A La Carte was an excellent value. We had 3 days of Hop On Hop Off on the L'Open bus, and it was great ! We saw so much of Paris. There were lots of busses so we did not have to wait long. Also, we were able to go an unlimited number of times on the Batobus which stops at 5 spots on the Seine River. Altogether, the tour was really good and i highly recommend it !

.,
Some of the bus stops were a little hard to find, but overall it was good. We had a little trouble with one the drivers not wanting to accept our online ticket, but we just stayed on the bus anyway. Although I liked the fact that this tour had the 4 different routes, there was not enough time to do them all, even with a 3-day ticket. You definitely need to plan your routes carefully. We ran out of time and never got to use the boat portion of our tour.

We enjoyed the tour, as it suited our needs. We had 2 small children who could not withstand the longer tours. The tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside to the experience was the difficulty in finding the City Discovery office.

Zsuzsa V., New Zealand
Our guide was most knowledgeable and very interesting to listen to. She inspired a more active interest in art for me. 2 1/2 hours is long, so be prepared. It would have been nice to have a coffee break inbetween, but I realise that it's impractical!

Marion D., Canada
The tour itself was great..our guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were disappointed in the Louvre when we realized that most of the artifacts were pillaged by napoleon from Athens , Rome, Egypt and elsewhere!

Marcel B., Switzerland
In two hours you see the most important things. It's a bit stressful, but after you have time to walk around by yourself. It's worth booking in advance. The queue is horrible. We wanted to have translation in German. Unfortunately, there was only English available for us.

It will take you 4 months to see all the exhibits in the Louvre if you spend just one minute on each. The highlight of the Louvre is undoubtedly Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, the most photographed lady in the world.

This was my third visit to the Eiffel Tower but the first time for a guided tour. It was very interesting to hear the story of the tower and also of Paris. Absolutley fantastic! First of all, it is great you don't have to stand in line, but that is just the top of the iceberg. The tour was fine, unfortunately attendant on the bus was quite surely. He was unfriendly and I'm not quite sure why he was there. We did a tour in London as well (I'm not sure, it may have been the same company) and the attendant was funny and engaging, he made the tour. This made the Paris tour a bit disappointing in comparison.

Karen H., Australia
The buses with this tour provider run too infrequently to get off and spend time at all stops in one day or take time to lunch. Luckily we had a 2-day pass. We also did a lot of walking.

Abu Yazid H., Malaysia
Should provide raincoats to passengers, especially during rainy season in October

Thomas B., Sweden
On the plus side, if you get off at a stop, it's not long before another bus arrives. Don't have to wait for ages. It takes you to the major sights, a good introduction. On the minus side: the worthless headphones and amplifier. And please, there's nothing wrong if there's a bit of silence instead of the cheapest, most soulless played, classical hits when the guide vocal isn't speaking... But all in all a good trip, especially if the weather is nice. Which it was was I went :)

As part of the price, we should have been taken to the top of the eifel tower. I thought this would occur. The group was disorganized and we were left on our own to figure out what was going on.

A bit pricey. We were rushed through dessert so the restaurant could get ready for 2nd seating. Highly recommend including tickets to top observation deck as part of this package. I think the overall value is suspect except that you get to skip the line at the Louvre. The hop on hop off (Les Cars Rouge) is not very good. The other guys are much better. Some of the attractions are free anyway. If anything it gives you some choices and some itinerary to consider.

Eric N., USA
We loved the easy access to so many of our destinations and the transpotation pass. The information booklet became our best resource and is so simplified that these two Texans in Paris felt like we knew the city! Versailles and the Louvre were definite high points! And Luxembourg Gardens!!!!

Judith B., Canada
Tour guides excellent, locations interesting, food very good. I have one suggestion though, end the day at 6 not 7, eat at 7 not 8 so the food is not sitting in your stomach at bedtime. Also 2 out of 4 days no wake up call, lucky I was awake.

Soon Ling C., Malaysia
Absolutely convenient to use the Paris Pass. Armed with a 4-day Pass on our recent one week stay in Paris, we went on our own to more places and viewed more attractions than we did while on the few past tours that covered Paris. Allowed us to explore several museums, such as the Lourve Museum, more thoroughly and without having to join the normal long queues to enter. The transport pass was heaven-sent! It enabled us to go about using the metro, the RER, and the bus service. We used also the Hop-off, hop-on for 2 days and the boat cruise on the river Seine. Saw Paris and the Eiffel Tower from many angles, since we could go to different areas of Paris, like up to the Montparnasse Towers and the Arc D'Triumphe. The only black mark in Paris is to be very very careful of pickpockets -very real and very brazen young thieves, girls and boys alike!

Madhu M., Greece
If you are into museums this is a must use/buy and can be a time saver. however for notre dame trip to dome the queues were long despute having the pass and sacre coer is free entrance. Eiffel tower is NOT included. However if u are not then it is a waste of money.

Mariusz Krzyszof P., Ireland
For Paris Pass was too expensive. Also I was disappointed that Eiffel Tower isn't included in the package

Christine G., Australia
To maximise your time in Paris I suggest everyone should purchase a Paris Pass. You receive a booklet that explains each attraction, position, entry times etc. The on /off bus is included plus a map of Paris with marked stops at major sites highlighted. On top of all this you get to skip the lines. Enjoy!

Marilla L., Australia
I'm not sure that this was good value. I suggest others considering buying a Paris Pass compare the cost of a Paris Pass with the individual cost of places they wish to visit in the time they have available. The only time it was of use was going into the Louvre where there is always a long queue. We were able to float by.

Our driver was so informative and enthusiastic about the areas he showed us. I liked being in the small group as it allowed for a great lunch in a wonderful setting.

Peter S., Australia
We had a wonderful time. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The meal was lovley and the function centre was in a beautiful country setting. Giverny was as good as I had hoped, relaxed, interesting and we had adequate time. However, I feel combining the two tours did not leave enough time for Versailles, considering travel and parking time as well as accomodating time for lunch. We only had 2.5 hours for Versailles which was adequate for the Palace, but meant that there was little time to explore the gardens and surroundings. A wonderful day and a professional company.

Irene G., Australia
We were a family group from Australia, and thoroughly enjoyed this tour - Especially Monet's Garden. Laura, our delightful driver and guide was terrific, and great company. The efforts of the Mill Restaurant to cater for vegetarians (not always easy in France) was appreciated.

Mary W., Australia
Was very disappointed with trip. Giverny and Versailles were great places to visit but I expected more from the guide, we were basically driven to these venues and given our admission tickets, there was very little communication from the driver, not worth the extra I paid for this service

Excellent driver and guide. Interesting and informative. However, did find that it was repetitive information between morning and afternoon tours. My husband and I have done a number of wine tours in different countries. We did not find this to be good value for the cost as it was basically just a visit to a champagne cellar.

John F., Australia
Overall this was a good tour and worth the trip. However, both champagne houses provided exactly the same type of tour (each lasting 1 hour) so this time could have been better used. Mumm was better than Moët.

This tour covered the main sights in Paris and it gives you a great overview of the city. It's a great tour to do at the beginning of your stay in Paris.

Lennin T., Venezuela
It is very useful. You can know Paris in one day.

Marvin S., USA
A video would provide the same experience. Driving past these wonderful places does nothing. To really enjoy the experience, try a walking or a biking tour that stops at each place and provides the hands-on experience that is most fulfilling. This bus ride is a waste of time and money. These photos were NOT taken from the bus!

Elizabeth E., Australia
The tour was brilliant! a good route and commentary was fantastic.

We asked for and were confirmed for a tour in English. Instead we were given earphones. Mine did not work. The second pair worked for a while and then cut out. The guide said to change seats. No, I would not recommend this tour.

I did have one problem, though. This refers to the tour that I took on 27th August, conducted by Paris Vision at 11.45. When we reached the Eiffel Tower there was a recorded message saying that people who were joining the Eiffel Tower tour should get off; for the rest it was an opportunity to take photographs. At least 6 people, including myself, understood that this meant we could get off the bus to take photographs but just as we had done that the bus drove off. The tour guide of the Eiffel tour was kind enough to call the driver and inform him that he had left passengers behind. He had stopped at the red light and was within view but he refused to turn back and pick up the passengers, saying we should take a taxi to the office!! This was not a very good end to what had been a very good trip till then. Not only did we miss the last 15 minutes of the tour but we had to find our way back as well. The recorded message on the bus is very confusing. It should have been made clear that we were not to get off the bus. I would be grateful for an explanation.

We enjoyed it and thought it is one of the best and cost effective ways to learn about the city.

The tour was lovely; however, the sound system was being temperamental for almost everyone. Some people had to get off because their language feed just wasn't working at all.

The cruise was very interesting with the available narration, the city lights, and the hundreds of Parisiennes lining the river banks. Being in the Moulin Rouge and seeing the show was a fabulous experience. The theater is beautiful, and the show's costumes, choreography, sets, are marvelous. It's expensive --- but worth it!

Michael B., United Kingdom
The Moulin Rouge was disapointting

Naomi H., Australia
The moulin rouge was amazing. Staff on the tour were very friendly and the bus dropped us back at our hotel which was not specified in the tour and a big plus!

Ronald C., USA
We actually missed the bus for the river part but your tour director was very helpful getting us into Moulin Rouge...but we have to tell someone Moulin Rouge is a bust..a cruise ship quality vaudeville show...trying to be current and missing the point..people are more interested in seeing more of what it was.

William P., USA
My wife and I would have done better to get tickets on our own. Our seats at Moulin Rouge were backed into a back corner, one-fourth hidden by a post, and unreachable by the bar tender; if you go, buy whatever you want to drink for the whole show at the beginning. We were told by our guide that our seats were reserved; if so, they reserved the worst seats in the house!

Helen B., United Kingdom
This was an event that we could have organized ourselves but as we only had a weekend in Paris it was great that someone else did the organizing for us. It was a great evening - everything so there were no surprises, even the wait in a huge queue to get into Moulin Rouge. Not cheap but great value because you get what you pay for. Thank you

Gary S., Australia
We felt like sheep being led to the slaughter. We were told to print our ticket (Which we did with great dificulty) which is nearly impossible when traveling and using a laptop. We were told to bring photo ID and the credit card used to book the trip, which we would usually leave locked in the safe but no oe wanted to see them. The lady behind the counter was rude and uninterested in the customer. We were filed on and off a bus in the rain getting quite wet, then left standing on a barge in the rain for 25 minutes while an empty boat sat and we couldnt get on. Apart from the comentary being uninteresting you couldnt hear it because the speakers didnt work properly and the background music was too loud. then we waited in line in the cold (wet) for another half hour until we got crammed into the Moulon Rouge like sardines where we got put at the back of a table of 6 and could not see properly. What we saw of the show was great. The bus driver and guides were good.

Allan C., United Kingdom
The river cruise was good. The Moulin Rouge show was entertaining but in the end quite repetitive. The dancing was good, the costumes colourful, the dancers beautiful, the acts excellent - BUT - the dancing was all about showing beautiful bodies and became repetitous after a while.

Christine C., United Kingdom
It was very well organised from the moment I booked it. The Seine Cruise was the perfect start to the evening. Moulin Rouge was a good show, waiters were slow with the drinks if you traded the champagne in for a spirit, seating was a bit hit and miss - we were okay as there was only 4 of us - but another party of 8 were split up on 3 different tables.

Thomas J., Denmark
Moulin Rouge is a must when you are in Paris, the show was fantastic. Also the river cruise was good. But you should update the information on your site since it didn't finish at midnight, but first at 01.15, and also that the bus drive you home to hotel is missing in information.
