very good food, but too fast the dinner.... i did not like the show, moulin rouge,,,,the show was nice....but we did not receiv a table and i watched the show in a really bad place....no table and no champagne....i dont recomend it....the dinner and the boat was nice, but the show was not a good experience....

This tour was absolutely fabulous,the fast track tickets to Eiffel tour,the lovely dinner,the beautiful cruise and Lido show made for a grand evening.It was organised with precision,no delays , no confusion and the special effort to drop us back to our hotels at 2a.m was indeed praiseworthy.And so it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and thank you very much.

I was worried about the set meal in the Eiffel tower and some poor reviews but still thought it had to be done. It was absolutely brilliant. The meal was excellent and we weren't hurried at all, contrary to some reviews. The cruise was relaxing and the Lido was lovely with some fabulous acts.

The negative side of this was being kept waiting for 45 mins on the river bank to get onto yhe boat even when they did allow us on at 21.30hrs it was a slow proccess as every party had to be checked in,no reason for the wait or apology.this was Marina de paris fault not city discovery

It was definitely an interesting experience for us... The night scenery on board was fantastic.. However, we thought that the fish main course was not up to standard. Given the price that we paid for it, we would expect higher quality food. Maybe can try other main course offered then... The appetizers and desserts were good thou.. We didn´t like the spanish tour leader who went with us to the chateauxs. She gave a short explanation outside Chenonceau and then told us that we had free time and didnt´t explain anything inside. She did the same with the french group at Chmbord. Thats why I continued the tour separately from my family with the english group. The rest of the tour was excellent.

We enjoyed the tour. It was what we expected from the advertisement and the hotels were clean and comfortable. It was value for money. The only minor complaint is that we could have been given more free time at the attractions, particularly Mont St Michel. We would have liked to wander more and even have one of the famous omelettes, but not enough time.

One of the highlights of our round the world tour. It was our first experience of a fast train (TGV) - amazing ! But the best was the tour out of Avingnon and out thru countryside to Pont Du Garde and very old hillside towns of Roman era. This was in a small bus with a truly excellent guide very knowledgeable in the area and only too happy to take photos of us at key areas. There is far more to this tour than the promotions indicate. Highly recommended

Tho a long day, we really enjoyed it. Very beautiful and interesting. The train ride was smooth and easy and there was plenty of time to shop and relax, while on the tour. I would gladly take this tour again, with more time to visit Avignon and Baux de Provence.

People on our bus commented that the information given by the guides in 3 languages took far too long. The bus driver should be acknowledged and perhaps introduced at the beginning of the tour. We think he should be included instead of just someone who drives the bus.

The tour guides were great. I would have liked longer free time at each of the stops. The hotels and food selections were great. I would prefer eating at 7 rather than 8 as it is hard to sleep on a full stomach. The driver of the coach was fantastic. I want to go back to Normandy.

Would have been nice to have more time in Normandy, as it was we arrived late in the day and had less than 2 hours in the American Cemetery - couldn't even visit the Visitors Center. Our tour guide, Amelia (sp?) was excellent.

The English speaking tour guide on the Mont Saint Michael was excellent. The English speaking tour guide on the Chateau Country portion was very poor. He talked to the exhibit and not to the listeners. He often stood in front of what he was describing. He was not knowledgeable about distances to walk.

I've been to Paris several times - this was one of hte best activities I've ever done while there. Got a great feeling for the whole city, helped to plan what we wanted to see. Got some great photos as well.

The tour guide(s) and the driver were excellent, the coach very comfortable. Giverny was, as always, stunning. Versailles was less so, not through the fault of your organisation or the guides, but having to wait in a queue for an hour, together with dozens of other groups, and have a tour round the apartments, together with dozens of other groups, was very disappointing. I cannot believe that Versailles cannot organise things better than that. Then we had only half an hour in the gardens, had just time to find the toilets (though I had to abandon the facility because of the long ladies'queue!), and back to the coach. So I would not recommend a half day/afternoon visit to Versailles - though accept it was our choice to take it. The lunch was fine, though we could have left straight afterwards, instead of hanging around until 13.30, and then have had a little more time at Versailles.

Great idea, but we should have gone w/the live tour guide instead of the recorded commentary. The bus driver got off schedule & we were looking at different monuments than we were hearing about. The music between comments was Xmas - we heard the same version of Jingle Bells 4 times & Auld Lang Syne twice! It was cool being under the Eiffel Tower when it started to sparkle.
