As soon as you exit the plane and just before collecting your luggage, you must find a France Telecom Public Phone and call the toll free number to be provided upon booking. (this number does not require coins nor card). You will then be instructed by the agent to proceed to the designated Exit Gate from where your driver will pick you up.

If you do not find a Public Phone or are unable to call the Toll Free number, then you may call us via your own cell / mobile phone on alternative number.

Be aware that all our vehicles are in silver-grey color and bear the distinctive logo of supplier. DO NOT board any other vehicle unless instructed to do so by a staff member.

LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS
As per our Terms & Conditions of Travel, please note that from 20:00 onwards, in the event that your flight has arrived more than one hour later than scheduled, your transfer is no longer guaranteed.
We do advise, however, that you call us in advance should you realise that your flight will be arriving late in Paris.

What happens after you book.

Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity. The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination.

How to Cancel
Log on to your City Discovery ! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service. Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the
cancellation policy.
