Walking Tour to the Louvre Museum

This tour takes you through the Tuileries gardens towards the Louvre Museum where your guided visit is focused on three world-famous works - the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory, and the Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci at the beginning of the 16th century.

Your ticket is good for the whole day and you are welcome to explore the other exhibits and the other remaining halls of the biggest museum in the world.

Your entrance ticket also gives access to all the temporary exhibitions (except Napoleon Hall) as well as the Eugène Delacroix museum on the same day.

The Louvre museum, former palace of the Kings of France, presents the Western works of art, from the Middle Ages to 1848, and the antique civilizations that preceded and influenced them. The collections are distributed as follows: Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Etruscan art, Ancient Oriental art, Islam art, Paintings, Sculptures, Art objects and Graphic arts.

There is also a section devoted to the history of the Louvre, with notably the medieval foundations and donjon.

- This is a walking tour. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes.
- End of the excursion at the Louvre museum. After the 2.5 hours guided visit, clients can stay in the museum until the end of the afternoon to visit other parts.
