Feel the city’s warmth, discover its vivacious charms. Go to the old fishing harbor. Admire the brightly painted houses of the old part of town. Other must-visits are Laugardalur, a geothermally heated outdoor swimming pool, and Hallgrímskirkja, a church looking like a spaceship about to take off. Maybe you’d like to lunch at the Perlan, a revolving restaurant offering breathtaking views of the city. There’s plenty of time leftover to swim or relax at the Blue Lagoon, a unique geothermal spa located on a lava field. Day 2
Geysers & Glaciers

What’s your adventure? It’s time to go out and explore Iceland. Would you like to see some glaciers or get up close and personal with geysers? You could sail along the island’s magnificent south shore until you reach Jökulsarlon, a glacial lagoon popularly known as the “Bond Lagoon.” In this journey, the waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógarfoss and Iceland’s biggest volcano Öræfajökull are star attractions. Or you could journey towards the Golden Circle, where magnificent volcanic features such as the geysers Strokkur and Geysir and the UNESCO World heritage Site Thingvellir await you.
