Due to regulations, one way shuttle transfers are only available for travel from the airport to your hotel. For one way transfers from hotel to airport, please select either our roundtrip or private transfer option.

Shared shuttles leaves every hour on the hour daily from 08:00 - 19:00.

Please Note
- The "Riotour" booth is only a meeting point and may be empty when you arrive. Do not leave the meeting point without calling Gray Line. Keep in mind that the shuttle leaves on the hour every hour.
- Five minutes before your departure time, our driver will meet you at the departure point with a "Shuttle Rio" sign with the Gray Line logo on it. They will then take you to the vehicle.

DEPARTURE POINT
For Domestic Flights from Terminals 1 or 2:
When leaving the restricted area go to the RIOTUR information booth right ahead.

For International Flights from Terminal 1:
When leaving the restricted area, turn right and walk to the Green sector - Domestic flights. At the end you will see a RIOTUR information booth right in front of the passenger exit. That is your meeting point.

For International Flights from Terminal 2:
When leaving the restricted area walk forward and you will pass by an elevator on your left hand side. Keep walking until you find the RIOTUR information booth close to the domestic arrival gate.

BAGGAGE:
One suitcase and one handbag are allowed per person. One additional bag will cost an additional 5 Brazilian Reais ($3.05 US) approximately to be paid upon pickup.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:
Please provide your travel itinerary including passenger names, arrival date, flight number, hotel name with address and telephone number at least 72 hours before departure.

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Voucher. Our Product Managers select only the most experienced and reliable operators in each destination, removing the guesswork for you, and ensuring your peace of mind.

Select from available dates and enter number of passengers to see your total price.
Click on confirm price and book.
Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page.  Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.

You can check the status of your booking at anytime.

What happens after you book.

Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity. The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination.

How to Cancel
Log on to your City Discovery ! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service. Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the
cancellation policy.
