This tour has been tailored according the needs of first-time cruisers in Rome: a full comprehensive panoramic view from Ancient Rome throughout the ages up to Baroque. With round trip transport and all costs included, you'll be able to relax and enjoy this hassle-free sightseeing.

Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes. No vehicle will be used during the walking tour in Rome and long displacements will be done with public transportation for a smooth operation.
No refunds will be made for "no shows" except for serious health reasons documented by on board doctor the ship where the passengers are cruising or alternatively if / or ship arrives late or is unable to get into the port (both contingencies must be properly certified).
Please expect a long queue during your visit to St. Peter's and no guide will accompany you during this part of the tour (headsets are compulsory in St. Peter and is not included). The guide will explain the relevant information from the outside and you will have 15 minutes free time once you pass the queue. This is a panoramic tour, please expect not to see everything with long explanations.
St. Peter's Basilica has a strict code of dress: shorts, bare shoulders and mini-skirts are not permitted. This applies to both men and women. Scissors, knives, or other sharp objects may not be brought into the church. During mass on Sundays and public holidays, your guide will inform you about the cathedral from just outside the door. During the Pope's Wednesday General Audience, St Peter's may be closed to the public.
The local government has started restoration on Trevi Fountain last 30 June 2014 and will remain closed until late 2015. Due to its restoration, the landmark will be excluded from the itinerary.
Paths on the tour are rough gravel and are not suitable for wheelchairs. We deeply regret that we are unable to offer these tours to guests with strollers, wheelchairs or mobility impairments.
Some museums and attractions may be closed due to unforeseen reasons such as special ceremonies, strikes, and events out of the operator's control. On these rare occasions, the tour will visit alternative sites. Attraction tickets are non-refundable.
From Civitavecchia port, you must get in the shared shuttle leading to Forte Michelangelo (free of charge from the dock to the square, just outside the port).
For the bilingual guide, the second available language will depend on the majority of the travelers in a group.
This tour has a 12 passenger minimum requirement for operation and is subjected to cancellation if this minimum is not met. Please call at least 24 hours prior to departure to confirm schedule.
