What To Expect
Combine a Papal Audience and Vatican Museums experience on a full day tour!
In the morning, an assistant will take you to St. Peter's Square where the Papal audience is usually held. (It can be held in the Audience Hall, depending on the season and weather conditions.) A once in a lifetime opportunity to hear the Pope's message to the faithful. Join in a prayer with His Holiness and be part of an amazing spiritual tradition. Learn the history of the Papacy in Rome and hear about the great Renaissance artists who left significant Vatican attributes.
Next, the guide will meet you at the restaurant and take you to the Vatican Museums, one of the richest art collections in the world. Admire the renowned Sistine Chapel, another splendid masterpiece of Michelangelo. From there, head towards St. Peter's Basilica, the world's largest and most significant Catholic Church, and marvel at its magnificent treasures including Michelangelo's remarkable sculpture La Pieta and Bernini's ornate Altar Baldachin.
Tour ends in St. Peter's Square, dominated by Michelangelo's imposing Cupola and surrounded by the famous Bernini's double Colonnade.

Accommodation during the Papal Audience is not guaranteed. The assistant or guide may speak in two languages and the group may be more than 18 pax.
Dress appropriately. It is not permitted to enter religious places in shorts, uncovered shoulders and miniskirts.
Bringing of metal objects, backpacks and umbrellas is strictly forbidden.
