Service stops after 13:00 due to a demonstration in the city center; the coach journey will be totally affected.

Please Note
- Customers are allowed to re-use their tickets whenever they wish up to the end of their validity. Validity starts from the first boarding.
- Buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck, the easiest being the Termini or Ludovisi stops.
- There will be no charge for children ages 0 to 2 years.
- Rome Open Top alters its route every Sundays and selected public holidays (Easter) due to traffic restrictions and road closures. All attractions continue to open, however traffic will be restricted. The most affected stops will be COLOSSEO and PIAZZA VENEZIA coaches are forced to make a diverted stop with no sign but all information will be supplied from the hostess on board. Also most of the attractions are walking distance from alternative Rome Open Top routes.

Also the route/stops may be altered on any given day of travel due to traffic restrictions and road works in Rome or for sudden events such as demonstrations as well.

Itineraries (including tour stops, journey and times) are subject to change without notice due to unplanned traffic restrictions and roadworks which may cause Hop-on Hop-off buses to make detours due to reasons of greater force. The stops affected are mostly TERMINI STATION, COLOSSEO / CIRCO MASSIMO, PIAZZA VENEZIA AND SANT'ANGELO/PONTE UMBERTO.

During rush hours frequency might be delayed up to 25 minutes at each stop. All attractions nearby the stops are open, however traffic is restricted. Please be assured that you can easily walk to the attractions you're interested in from alternative bus route/stop. The changes will be clearly identified on the day of travel by the staff on board. Simply ask the friendly hostess on board.

Moreover due to the above stated changes the recorded comment might be partially affected. We apologize for the inconvenience beyond our control.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
