I would like to have known that the tour would be delivered in 4 languages. The tour guide did a good job, but I feel I missed 1/4 of the tour. Also, I was very upset that 2 passengers got left at the Trevi fountain.

Too many people in the tour. We just have to take pictures from the bus which was boring...

We were shocked to find so many tourists around and near the Trevi Fountain...it would have been nice had we been warned ahead of time of what to expect.
