What To Expect
Take a guided excursion to St. Isaac's Cathedral. It was built in 1858 by the architect Montferrand. The richly-adorned interior of the cathedral, lined with marble and with its malachite and lazurite columns, was intended to accommodate up to 10,000 worshipers. It stands on Isaac's Square, and its golden dome can be seen all over the city. On a clear day, the observation platform at the foot of the dome commands a fine view of St. Petersburg and its surroundings.
See all the famous sights of Saint Petersburg from the comfort of a car or mini van and with a knowledgeable and experienced guide. Along the way several stops will be made where you will have the chance of viewing the sights at close quarters.
