What To Expect
You will be picked up at your hotel in Santiago for a full day trip to Isla Negra Island where Pablo Neruda's House is located, Pomaire and Undurraga Winery.
Your first stop will be at Isla Negra where you will learn more about world famous Nobel Prize winner poet, Pablo Neruda. Visit Pablo Neruda's house, which is now also a museum. Marvel at the countless collections of items that Pablo Neruda gathered throughout his life and admire the views from his house over the rocks, the beach and the sea.
Continue your journey to Pomaire. Founded in 1771, this picturesque place offers a variety of pottery. You'll discover many glasses, pots, dishes and zoomorphic figures placed on the shelves of the adobe houses that are always open to visitors.
Then, enjoy some free time for lunch. Do not miss the traditional Chilean food served at the restaurants of Pomaire including Empanada, Cazuela and Pastel de Choclo. You will enjoy excellent food, ambiance and typical music.
Finally, you will stop in Undurraga winery. This vineyard has become one of the most emblematic of Chile. You'll get familiar with Terriror Hunter, Sibaris and Aliwen wines that have very particular traits but are the most characteristic wines of the country.
Enjoy a personalized tour and learn about the rich history of Undurraga winery and its evolution over the years.
The wine tour ends with a tasting of some of the finest Undurraga wines.
As a gift, you will receive a wine glass as a souvenir of this beautiful place. After the tasting, you will have time to go to the Wine Shop or walk through the beautiful setting of the winery.
At the end of your tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
