Santorini Traditional Bus Tour
"Excellent tour in Santorini. This tour gives you a good look at some of the villages on the island. There is time to sit on the beach - the Perissa/Perivolos beach area is lovely. There was some question as to the additional charge to view the artifacts at Akrotiri since this is not included in the tour price. While the tour stops at this location, you either have to go to the museum on your own or take a guided tour which will cost 20 euros. The tour company won't take a charge card to pay for a guided tour of this new museum. You can go on your own to the museum for 5 euros. However, there aren't signs in English in the museum so it could be difficult to know what you are viewing if you don't have a guide. If you don't go into the museum, you can take the road to walk towards Red Beach. There are some good liitle places to buy something to eat. If you are on that road and see stairs going down, follow the stairs all the way to a charming restaurant called The Caves of Nicolas. There probably won't be time to eat lunch there, but you can return another day. There was also a stop at a winery which was very pleasant. All in all, a very enjoyable tour and highly recommened. "
