Excellent introduction to the city; very detailed (multi-lingual) information. However, not all staff at point of entry familiar with online booking yet!

Good itinerary, clear commentary through headphones in a good selection of languages with just enough detail, only marred by repeated advertising for their on board coffee bar and CD sales! Could spend some time waiting to go through 2 locks at busy times in high season, but overall reasonable value for money.
