Very good tour. Good guides. Knowledgable, friendly. Minor comments. One day isn't enough in Jerusalem. More unstructured walk around time in the old city would have been nice. I went to Bethlehem and enjoyed it but many of us were surprised we had to cross the border (go through the wall) into the Palestine area. I felt safe and am glad I went but given most tourists aren't all that familiar with current geography and politics of Israel, you shoudl probably alert (and ensure)folks to this fact. Passing through security and trusting that there was a guide on the other side to meet us was slightly unnerving. One other thing, you should give some guidance on tipping of guides. It was clear in at least one instance that a guide expected tips, but I had no idea what a reasonable tip was, and in Bethlehem, it was clear teh guide was unhappy with teh number and amount of tips he received. I also wasn't sure if teh drivers expected tips. Last comment, teh hotel in Jerusalem was fine in terms of quality but it was somewhat isolated. Ahotel where you could walk to interesting neighborhoods or has some other options would have been nice. Maybe a shuttle to the Old City for souveneir shopping etc. But otherwise a very profesional and enjoyable tour. I would use your company again.
