Day was a bit rushed due to amazingly high traffic. But the tour guide was wonderful. I heard during the trip that we could have taken the bullet train there and back , that would have been preferred, maybe offer this option in the future. Thank you,

Although we saw so much, it would be good to be able to spend a little more time at stops instead of just 40mins or so. Also, to offer drop off at hotels would be a added bonus. Our tour guide should be congratulated (My) on her excellant customer service skills and local knowledge. thank you

We totally enjoyed the tour, we did 3 different tours during our visit to Japan and this one was the best.
Our guide (Sato) was an excellent source of information and he made the time on the bus between sites interesting.

the tour was perfect. the only thing i was slightly disappointed in was that the cruise boat we went on had a roof and limited visibility. otherwise, everything was great!

The group was to big the guide repeated every thing five to ten times. like: when we go inside turm left to the elevator, turn lft to the elevator turn left....
I left the tour after 2 hours!
I was lucky to be a participant in many tours, in Rio, Buenos Aires and other tours in Tokyo. This one was the worst. It was wasted time and money.

Great experience, though pricey. Tour and accomodations were excellent. So was the Japanese dinner. The tour lunch could be improved. Service was slow and confusing at times.

I signed up my 13 year-old, 10 year-old, and 7 year-old for the Samurai Sword Action and they had a magnificent time. I was worried that maybe the younger ones would be too young, but the instructor was fabulous and made it terrific fun for all of them. They are still sword-fighting with one another and talking about what a great experience it was! Thank you!
