Travel by coach from downtown Shinjuku to see the majestic mountains and lakes of Fuji-Hakone National Park. See some sights around Tokyo as you drive away from the city, enjoy Japanese-style lunch and enjoy views of the iconic Mount Fuji. Known worldwide as the symbol of Japan, it is inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage list for its outstanding universal value and is a must-see for any traveler visiting the country.
Go up until Mount Fuji's 5th Station halfway point, 2,300m above sea level, where you can visit the the Komitake Shrine and enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and lakes around Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. This stop also serves as starting point for the hikers making the pilgrimage to Mount Fuji's summit.
Take a pleasure boat cruise across Hakone's Lake Ashi where you can spot Fujisan's famous snow-capped peak and the red torii lakeside landmark of Hakone Shrine. Afterwards, ride the Komagatake Ropeway and take in the natural scenery from your cable car up high as you go up and down Mount Komagatake before boarding the coach for the trip back to Tokyo.

This is the most reasonably priced tour recommended for guests staying around the Shinjuku area who do not need pick-up service. Hotel pick-up or return to Tokyo by Shinkansen bullet train options are also available.
Return to Shinjuku is approximately at 18:00 to 19:30. Arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Children 5 years old and below are free of charge, provided they sit on an adult's lap. If they need a seat, they will be charged (child rates).

You are recommended to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during the autumn and winter.
When the driveway up to Mount Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter and some days in early spring due to heavy snow or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic jam, we will only go up the highest possible point.

The tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on a careful study of tour movement and other conditions.
If we will be able to go up to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji and it so happens that you cannot see the full view of the mountain due to weather conditions, we will not make any refund nor cancel the tour operation for this reason.
