Hakone, nestled in the hills near Mt. Fuji, offers a spectacular view of Lake Ashi, its centerpiece, and Mt. Fuji, Japan’s most famous symbol. Then it is off to Kyoto to explore one of Japan’s most historical cities.

One day before
Train tickets and hotel voucher delivered to your hotel one day prior to departure.

Day 1 : Tokyo - Hakone
Transfer to Tokyo station on your own and board a Shinkansen Kodama super express for Odawara leaving between 09:20-11:00.

Arrive at Odawara station between 10:00-11:40.

After arrival , free at leisure. Transfer to Hakone Prince Hotel on your own.

Day 2 : Hakone - Kyoto
Free at leisure until departure.

Transfer to Kyoto station on your own and board a Shinkansen Kodama super express for Kyoto leaving between 10:30-12:30.

Arrive at Kyoto station between 13:40-15:40.

Transfer to your hotel in Kyoto on your own.

Day3 : Kyoto - Tokyo
Free at leisure until departure. Transfer to Kyoto station on your own and board a Shinkansen Hikari super express for Tokyo leaving between 12:00-14:00.

Arrive at Tokyo station between 14:40-16:40.

- These tours are offered for travelers from overseas only.
- Tour includes no assistant or guide service, you need to make a own transfer between hotel and Train Station and or elsewhere you want to visit.
- Requested to book 8 working days prior, with information of your staying place, address, phone-No. and check-in date for delivering tickets. (In case staying at personal residence, inform us name of landlord also.)
- Tickets are delivered to your hotel or staying place by 1 day before the departure day.
- If any change of you delivery address , please inform us by 8 working days prior.
- In case of cancel (or change) after you received your ticket, you are requested to return your ticket to Sunrise Center.
- Request for train reservation (such as departure / arrival time, seat number) is not acceptable.
- You need to arrange your own transfer between Odawara Sta. and Hakone. (It takes 60 min. and 1,270 by local bus.)
- Baggage carriage is not included. Please carry your baggage on your own.
- Unless specified as "Japanese-style room," western-style double room (with two beds) is provided.
- Hotels are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar accommodation.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
