Kiso-ji & Takayama 4 Days One Way - Old post road in Samurai periods -

A National Treasure of Japan, Matsumoto is in almost the same condition as it was when it was completed in 1594. Enjoy Matsumoto’s famous soba (buckwheat) noodles while exploring the modernized castle town. Explore the Kiso River, a major trading route, and the historical towns that still thrive along it. Go back in time in Tsumago, Magome, Nagiso, and Takayama, referred to as “Little Kyoto”. See the World Heritage village of Shirakawago.

Day 1
Transfer to Shinjuku Station and board a express train for Chino station leaving between 10:00 - 10:30.
After arrival, sightseeing Suwa Taisha Shrine Kamisha Honmiya, Suwa Lake (drive through), Matsumoto Castle, Former Kaichi school Stay at Matumoto Tokyu inn, (Arrival at the hotel between 17:00 - 18:00)"

Day 2
Visiting Fukushima Check-point, Nezame no Toko, Nagiso-machi Museum in Tsumago and Magome.
Stay at Hotel Kiso-ji. (Arrival at the hotel between 17:00-18:00)
* This traveling will take a motor coach or sedan all day.

Day 3
Drive by Lake Miboro and visit Shirakawago Gassho-Zukuri Folklore Park.
Stay at Takayama Green Hotel (Arrival at hotel between 17:00-18:00)"

Day 4 : Takayama – Kyoto
Visit Morning Market, Yatai Kaikan Hall, Kusakabe Folkcraft Museum, Takayama Morning Market and Kami Sannomachi Street.
Transfer to Takayama Station and board a express train for Kyoto. Arrival at Kyoto Station between 19:00-20:00.
Drop-off service is available to your hotel in Kyoto.
