Along the way, you will learn about the city's history by listening to entertaining and informative commentary. Your hop on hop off ticket also provides you the freedom to get off the bus to explore and visit attractions.
Buses run regularly so rejoining the tour is easy.

This was our second visit to Washington DC and our second booking of the Big Bus Tour. It is such a good way to start a visit to this lovely city as it gives you an idea of where things are and what you would like to specifically go back to. Hop on, Hop off obviously lends itself very well to taking a closer look at some things, especially the monuments. We actually used three of the routes this time and saw things we didn't on our last visit, such as lovely Georgetown. This is definitely worth doing and the two day ticket is excellent value.

Fantastic - interesting, informed, entertaining with the best guides. A special thank you to Mathew (guide) and James (driver) who made the night tour especially memorable. Thank you! If you do nothing else in Washington you must use this tour.
