I was a little bit afraid that the Memorial tour could be boring with a lot of data.-The 6 hours went passing by so quickly because our guide had a good sense of humor and was so pathetic in some spots that the girls almost started crying.In the beginnig was the hand of a Werwolf.............

Are you nuts? The tour bus never arrived. When we called you, we were told the number was disconnected. WE were given an alternate number but no one answered the phone. We have cancelled our payment with American Express and advised Hyatt of your incompetence. STANLEY SIEDLECKI
