Day 01 - Pyramids Tour

Upon arrival you will head to Cairo, approximately three hours from Alexandria Port. Your first destination is the Plateau of Giza to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. You will also see the Great Sphinx, the monument with the head of a pharaoh and a lion's body that dates from the time of Chephren and the Valley Temple.

After that, you will visit the Step Pyramids of Zoser, the world's oldest major stone structure. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty (around 2630 BC) for King Djoser. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will proceed to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 02 - Egyptian Museum / Salah El Din Citadel

After breakfast at the hotel, you will head to the famous Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art, the largest and most precious collection in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen's collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was hidden in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered the tomb's 1920 excavation.

After lunch at local restaurant, we move on to the Citadel of Salah El Din before heading to Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, which was designed by the architect Yousif Boushnaq. You will be given time for souvenir shopping before you are taken back to Alexandria Port for your cruise departure.
