What To Expect
Spend a day or two on the small island of Lombok, often described as the 'Bali of yesterday'. Lying to the east of its better known neighbour, it offers tranquil beaches, unspoiled villages and tropical countryside, and an intriguing Muslim- based 'Sasak Culture'
See traditional weaving, handmade pottery and native Sasak villages where unusually shaped thatched house stands on wooden stilts. In the south, you'll find the beautiful whiter sands of Kuta Beach, fringed by lush vegetation. Last stop is Narmada Summer Palace, built in 1727 by an old Balinese King. You will be taken to your hotel at the end of the day.
Spend the second day at your own leisure until departure to Mataram airport to catch return flight to Bali.
