What To Expect
Take part in a Spanish and Catalatan traditional cooking workshop in small groups.
Meet the Chef at a cooking school located in the neighborhood of Gracia in downtown Barcelona and learn how to prepare iconic dishes of Spain gastronomic culture.
You will cook a Spanish traditional menu made of different starters: Gazpacho, Spanish potato omelette, and Escalivada with tomato bread, a main course: Seafood paella and a the typical catalan dessert: Crema catalana.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food that you have prepared, all of it served with a fresh glass of sangría or a nice glass of Spanish rioja wine.
