On display are the tools, symbols, and trappings of China’s Military—from ancient China to the Red Army. Kids seem to love this museum: the sight of all those weapons, spread out over five halls seems to fire up their imagination. The pen is mightier than the sword, so many have said—which is probably why the Military Museum also dedicates a room to propaganda art from the Soviet era.
