Participants must be at least 10 years old to participate in the diving, full adult rate applies. Written parental consent is required for participants between 10-14 years old.
Children 3 years old and below are free of charge and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Participants 17 years old and below must dive with a parent or guardian.
Smoking on board Tusa 6 is not allowed.
Some medical conditions and/or medications may preclude a client from diving. Participants must accomplish a medical questionnaire to take part in this activity. Please download here.
Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
Guests may not scuba dive if you have any medical issue indicated on the \PADI Medical Statement and Questionnaire\". If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Children 10 years old and above can participate in this activity.
You may be required to bring a doctor's certification proving that your are fit to dive if you have any illness mentioned in the medical questionnaire.
A Great Barrier Reef Marine Park levy, port and management fee of $10 per day is needed on site for adults and children 4 years and over. The EMC component of the fee is $6.50. Both fees are not included in the tour fare.
Diving log book
Participants are required to disclose their medical conditions before the tour. Failure to do so may result in diving session replacement with snorkeling sessions.

Participants must complete a medical questionnaire and liability waiver on the day of your scuba dive.
Additional fare for pick-ups from Cairns will be needed on site. Tours until March 31, 2018: An additional fare of AUD $15 per person will be needed on site. Tours after April 1, 2018: An additional fare of AUD $18 per person will be needed on site.
Due to the fluctuation of world fuel prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge which participants would have to pay on board. An advise will be communicated with a minimum 7 days notice if any charge is applicable.
The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
