Come and spend a day at Australian Butterfly Sanctuary and see over 1,500 magnificent tropical butterflies that have made the sanctuary their home.
Guided tours are conducted through the aviary and laboratory where a butterfly's life cycle and behaviour is touched upon in detail. During the tour you'll be able to see the caterpillar's breeding nursery where some of the newly emerged butterflies "hang out" before being released in the main aviary. The behind-the-scenes laboratory tour provides an opportunity to view the breeding lab through special viewing windows where you will be able to see the caterpillars in their varying stages of development.
Learn all about these beautiful creatures in the largest butterfly flight aviary and exhibit in Australia!
