Swim with the biggest yet harmless fishes in the world - the Whale Shark!
Between the months of May to September (Whale Shark season), these massive creatures of the sea come to Isla Mujeres, an island where the Caribbean Sea meets the Gulf of Mexico, to feed on plankton. Your tour will be led by professional guides, who are naturalists and biologists that know everything there is to know about the whale shark.
While here, you'll might be able to see other marine species such as dolphins and turtles.
07:00 - Pick up from hotels in Cancun
07:30 - Proceed for an informative briefing at Marina La Amada. Our certified guides will provide you with information about the Whale Sharks and the area's ecosystems. During the briefing, coffee, juice, water fruit and bread/sweet rolls will be available for light breakfast.
08:00 - Depart from Marina La Amada to the Whale Shark reserve around the waters of Isla Mujeres. Upon spotting them, you have the unique opportunity to snorkel with the biggest fish(es) in the world.
12:30 - Lunch time on the boat near the coast of the island. You may choose to go and swim in the turquoise waters in the beach area.
13:30 - Arrive at the port of Marina La Amada and transfer back to your hotel.
14:00 - Estimated time of arrival in your hotel in Cancun.
