What To Expect
The Wuhou Temple was built in memory of Zhuge Liang, the Prime Minister of the Shu during the period of Three Kingdoms. Memorial temples were erected in many places in China after his death.
The Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley is one of the three conservation districts of historic sites of Chengdu City as well as Wenshu Monastery and Daci Temples. The Thatched Cottage of Du Fu is the former residence of the famous Tang Dynasty poet, Du Fu. In 1961, it was announced by the state council as a national heritage site. In 1984 it obtained its present name, Du Fu's Thatched Cottage Museum.
