About Copenhagen Amalienborg lot

The Danish Royal Family Home is composed of four rococo palaces built around a square. At its center, an equestrian statue of Frederick V (1723-1766) stands. First of the four is the Moltkes Palace (Christian VII's palace). Schackske Palace (Christians IX's palace and residence of Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik), Levetzaus Palace (Christian VIII's palace and residence of Crown Prince Frederik) and Brockdorfske Palace (Frederik VIII's palace) complete the list. Individually, the palaces are grand but altogether they are stunning. Visit at noon to catch the changing of the guards, which can be a grand spectacle.
