Enjoy Kakadu and the great ecosystems that creates its beauty. This place is creation in its most wonderful diversity.
It is the tapestry of great ecosystems that creates the beauty of Kakadu. Sandstone escarpments shaped by an incomprehensible time span, monsoon forests and flood plains, great rivers journey serpentinely to the sea, stunningly beautiful billabongs and lagoons are richly clad in a profusion of color by glorious water lilies and edged by pandanas and paper bark trees, birds of every size, every hue and every song, fearsome crocodiles on the mudslides of billabongs, Aboriginal artwork painted on rock cave walls.

Yellow Water cruise
Our travel to Kakadu NP was in a very comfortable coach driven by Greg who kept us informed of every aspect of the tour. Our buffet lunch was very good and the cruise on the river gave us good sightings of crocodiles. The optional flight over the National Park was well worth the additional cost although the small plane provided at short notice did not allow unobstructed views as was promised as the aircraft's wings did obstruct spectacular views. An early start and a long day but a trip not to be missed.
