Description

Board on Ireland’s only custom built traditional Irish Storytelling Bus and embark on a lyrical journey into Ireland’s mythical and historical past. Imagine a land filled with creatures like Faries, Giants and Pookas as you listen to stories on how they came into existence.

Arrive at the peninsula of Beann Eadair. From there, go to a beautiful spot on the East coast with views of the lighthouse at Howth Head. It is said to have sightings of Merrows, Irish Mermen around this area. Learn how the Merrows and Irish Mermen look like and their friendship with Jack O’Mahoney. Discover the beach where Conn of the Hundred battled used to stroll at. Then, head back to the bus for a complimentary drink and some more tales.

Next, head towards Clontarf, the site of one of Ireland’s largest and probably the most influential battle Ireland has ever seen. Listen to how the Battle of Clontarf ended Viking rule over Ireland as well as the death of Brian Boru, one of Ireland’s most beloved kings.

Popular with the Fairies, admire the beautiful flora of St. Anne’s Park. Mind your step and careful not to anger the Fairies at the park.

Unveil the most famed leader of the Fianna. An army of warriors who served the High King of Ireland, Fionn MacCumahail’s legendary deeds are full of valour, cunning and heroism. Hear more stories from your guide as he entertains you with interesting fables and stories.

Then, proceed to the Church Bar on Mary Street - known as the place where Arthur Guinness was married and where the famous composer George Frederick Handel practiced his famous Messiah. End the tour with a very special, traditional song.
