What To Expect
Enjoy a pleasant excursion through the hills of the Chianti countryside. You'll be able to admire the medieval hamlet of Monteriggioni from the panoramic windows of the bus.
Once you arrive in Siena, go on a guided tour of the old town, starting at the famous Basilica of San Domenico and continuing to the magnificent Cathedral*. Visit the Museum and Oratory of the Condrada** where you'll see splendid works of art. The guided tour ends at the Piazza del Campo Square.
Free time will be provided for lunch. You will then continue to the small town of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Proceed to a medieval palace for a visit to a small museum and have the opportunity to watch how skilled craftsmen produce handmade objects. Enjoy a delicious tasting of fragrant Sienese sweets and famous local wines before exploring the town at your leisure.

-*On Sundays and National Holidays, the Cathedral is closed to the public; it is replaced with the Basilica of San Domenico.
