  • Shoulders and knees must be covered.

  • Low cut or sleeveless tops or shorts are not allowed for both men and women.

  • Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Cathedral (Duomo)

  • Infants up to 3 years old travel for free and do not require a reservation.

  • Tour will be operated as a guaranteed Small Group Tour with a maximum of 25 guests.

  • On Sundays, during religious festivities and on the afternoon tours, visits inside the Cathedral (Duomo) may be restricted in which case a detailed tour will be given from outside.

  • *On the first Sunday of the month, the Accademia visit will be replaced by an extended walking tour which includes the Mercato di San Lorenzo (leather market), Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace (from outside) and Santo Spirito area.

  • It is the individual responsibility of all visitors to arrive at the tour departure points.

  • Entrance into some churches may require a dress code. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for entry denied due to improper dress.

  • This tour involves a fair amount of walking, comfortable shoes are recommended.

  • No photography is permitted at the Accademia and Uffizi Galleries. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the galleries.

  • Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.

  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or mobility impairments and those with pushchairs, buggies, strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.

  • Booking modifications made within 72 hours of tour date will be charged an amendment fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: 8 days or more prior to start date of activity.
  • 20% Cancellation Fee (80% reimbursement): between 4 to 7 days prior to date of activity.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee (no reimbursement): 3 days or less prior to date of activity.
