Frankfurt to Rothenburg
We will start our day departing from Frankfurt for a picturesque drive through the Spessart mountains, a "Mittelgebirge", a range of low wooded mountains, to Wurzburg, a scenic town situated on the banks of the Main river. Half hour breaks in Würzburg, Weikersheim, Rothenburg, Dinkelsbühl, Nördlingen and Augsburg will be enjoyed as well as short breaks in Bad Mergentheim, Feuchtwangen and at the Wieskirche. We continue on the breathtaking Romantic Road to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany's well-preserved Jewel of the Middle Ages famous for its ramparts, city gates and its town hall. Marvel at the Saint Jacob's Church, with its famous altar made by the legendary wood-carver Tilmann Riemenschneider. In Rothenburg you will have a transfer to your hotel and in the evening you can join a guided city walk.
Rothenburg to Munich
The second day starts with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After the transfer to the Augsburg railway station, you will continue your tour to reach the Bavarian capital city by train much more quickly. You will pass by the picturesque towns Dinkelsbuhl and Nordlingen with their high-gabled houses and cobbled-stone streets. We continue the trip via Augsburg, a metropolis during the Roman times and famous for old trade dynasties during the Middle Ages. The tour concludes in the late afternoon after our arrival in Munich.

Frequently Asked Questions
I took a 2 day trip. I liked the idea of the bus tour but some things to consider. In Frankfurt your offices open at 7:30am, not 7...am like my ticket had stated. The driver the first day was rude. Did not offer headsets, or drinks, wifi didn't work and he skipped stops because he was 45 mins late to pick everyone up. The second day was great, driver was really nice, but the bus broke down multiple times when the gas pedal failed to work. We were delayed over and over. I think the concept and behind the scenes work is great, but more attention to detail for drivers and service given to customers along the way :)
