What To Expect
Meet your guide at the meeting point before boarding the minibus that will take you to the famous Alhambra.
Once at the Alhambra, enjoy a guided visit of this former fortress, the Palace of Charles V and the Generalife Palace and Gardens that are a now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and learn about their fascinating history.
Follow your guide and enter the Alhambra through the Gate of Justice, the largest and most impressive gate in the Alhambra walls that was built in 1348. You will visit the Alcazaba or citadel, the oldest part of the Alhambra before heading to the Palace of Charles V. You will understand why this palace manifests the triumph of Christianity over Islam.
On your way to the Generalife Palace and Garden, visit Santa Maria Church and the Arab Baths of the Medina.
Then, discover the Generalife Palace that consists of the Water-Garden and the Courtyard of the Cypress. You will walk between beautiful long pool framed by flowerbeds, fountains, colonnades and pavilions.
At the end of the guided visit, take your transfer back to the meeting point in Granada where the tour ends.
