What To Expect
We start by following the legend of the White Snake Beauty as we enjoy a bird's-eye view of the romantic West Lake in Leifeng Pagoda. Then, we discover the 5,000 year old history of the Chinese silk culture and the history of commercial exchange at the China National Silk Museum. After some time for lunch to taste the Hangzhou local cuisine, we will appreciate the typical architecture of late Qing Dynasty at The Former Residence of Hu Xueyuan. You will have some time to indulge in souvenir shopping in Qinghefang Street, a historical street with century-old shops selling various art crafts, and snacks. We will also visit the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum to learn about herbal culture.
