What To Expect
We will begin this adventure on a raft going down the Copalita River and arrive at the junction of the river with the ocean; there we can take an Aztec bath (mud bath), applied by some local people. After that we will practice some surface diving in the bay of La Entrega to get to know the coral reef that characterizes this beach. Following that, a guide will take you to see the most spectacular viewpoints of the destination.
We will get to the beach of Santa Cruz, where you will taste traditional seafood. Then you will visit the town of "La Crucecita" where you can enjoy the main place and go shopping, as well as discover the beauty and history of the Virgin of Guadalupe Church. Not to be missed is a visit to "La Probadita", where you can try out cheeses, chapulines (fried grasshoppers), chocolate, and ashot of mezcal with salt made of Maguey worms. You will also visit the weaver's workshop to find out about pre-Columbian weaving.
