Day 1: Johannesburg

Jump into the electric beat of South Africa's pulsating capital. It doesn't always have the best reputation, but Johannesburg has fascinating, vibrant places to explore like Soweto, Alexandra, Rosebank Flea Market and its wonderful museums.

Accommodation: Hotel (1 night)

Days 2-3: Kruger National Park

Make a stop at the remarkable Blyde River Canyon en route to Kruger. Created to control diminishing animal numbers due to hunting, Kruger National Park became official in 1926 and is now deservedly one of Africa's premier safari parks. Discover the thrill of game drives and keep eyes peeled for all the incredible wildlife that lives within the park's boundaries. The most amazing thing about Kruger is how easy it is to see animals like elephants, lions, zebra, giraffe, rhino and wildebeast enjoying their natural habitat.

Day 4: Mokopane

After an early morning game drive, head north to the Limpopo region and the town of Mokopane. The vibrant bushveld town of Mokopane is located in the Limpopo region, which boasts rich mineral deposits and well-established cattle farms. Set up camp on a working cattle farm and enjoy the hospitality of local villagers, getting to experience the area's traditional way of life and delicious cuisine

Day 5: Nata

Travel through the wilderness of northern Botswana to Nata. It is a small town located close to the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans - some of the largest salt flats in the world, covering around 12,000 sq km. Explore the eerie Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, located on the edge of the Kalahari Desert, and camp under the endless night sky.

Days 6 - 7: Victoria Falls

Make tracks to Zimbabwe and the incredible 'Smoke that Thunders' - Victoria Falls. It has spectacular views and a reputation as the adventure capital of Zimbabwe. See torrents of water roaring into a deep chasm and just try to avoid the spray that forms rainbows in the air. Explore the falls from all angles and perhaps take advantage of the incredible array of adventure activities on offer in this alluring part of Africa.

  • This tour has a 4 passenger minimum requirement for operation and is subject to cancellation up to 56 days prior to departure. Please call prior to departure to confirm schedule.

  • Tour will be operated as a guaranteed Small Group Tour with a maximum of 12 guests.

  • Some changes may occur in itineraries due to national holidays, inclement weather and common seasonal changes to timetables and transport routes. This can happen with little notice so please be prepared for modifications.

  • A single supplement is available for this trip. Please inquire.

  • On occasion, especially during the peak months of May, June and July we are unable to secure campsites within the Kruger National Park. In this instance we will camp in a bordering private game park.

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% Cancellation Fee (75% reimbursement): 60 days prior to date of activity.
  • 50% Cancellation Fee (50% reimbursement): between 30 to 59 days prior to date of activity.
  • 100% Cancellation Fee (no reimbursement): 29 days or less prior to date of activity.
