What To Expect

Start the tour at Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Japan's national treasure, Himeji Castle is also known as Shirasagi Castle (White Heron Castle) for its spectacular white exteriors. Take a stroll around the grounds as your local guide shares facts and tales about the castle and Japan's feudal history.
Take a short break and enjoy a delightful Japanese-Western buffet lunch.
Continue to the world's longest suspension bridge, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Get to experience Akashi Kaikyo Bridge by looking through an observatory camera and walking along Maiko Marine Promenade to enjoy the fascinating panoramic view. Built on the Kobe side, Maiko Marine Promenade is 47 meters (154 feet) above sea-level.
