At the check-in lounge at Victoria Station, you can simply mention your Belmond booking reference number or your name. Staff will match your name to the boarding list and provide tickets for you to board the train.

What do I need wear on board?
Dress code varies according to the journey. Smart casual wear (but not jeans or trainers) is appropriate. For Belmond British Pullman dinner departures, more formal wear is customary. A jacket and a tie for men is required at Royal Ascot and other race excursions. For outdoor events, please wear practical clothing, appropriate for the weather conditions.
Are the train routes, schedules & timings confirmed?
Please note that Belmond British Pullman trains operate within the constraints of the rail network. All details shown initially are for guidance only. Your travel documentation including your full itinerary and confirmed timings will be sent to you five to seven days prior to departure.
Can children travel on board?
Journeys are planned to maximise the enjoyment of the scenery while fine food, champagne and wine are served at your table. Belmond British Pullman have a superb selection of journeys for families. Families will be seated in a designated area of the trains.
Wil I need a travel insurance?
Belmond British Pullman recommends that you purchase adequate travel insurance for your trip, including cover for loss of deposits and/or other costs that you might incur if you cancel your reservation. Belmond British Pullman cannot be held responsible for any loss of this kind.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made before 56 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 15% of the total amount.
Any cancellations made between 55 business days to 20 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
Any cancellations made between 20 business days to 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 70% of the total amount.
Any cancellations made after 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
