What To Expect
Magic really happens at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London's exclusive after-hours event, taking place after the doors close to the public on May 19, 2017.
Admire the authentic sets, props and costumes created during the production of the Harry Potter™ film series, sixteen years after the UK premiere of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Walk through the iconic Hogwarts™ Great Hall before viewing many of the famous sets - including the Potions Classroom, Dumbledore's office, and the Gryffindor™ common room. Enjoy an exclusive look at Platform 9 ¾™ which holds the original Hogwarts Express™ train and carriages.
Be treated to special experiences such as meeting actor and sports personality Martin Bayfield who played the body double of Hagrid™, the beloved half-giant of the Harry Potter film series. Hear stories about life on the Harry Potter set, including Martin's experiences of wearing the half-giant costume and animatronic head.
Experience green screen technology first-hand as guests fly a broomstick over Hogwarts™ like a member of the cast. Come face to face with Death Eaters™ at Diagon Alley™ and marvel at the incredible Hogwarts™ castle model.
Try a cup of frothy Butterbeer™ in the Backlot café - this non-alcoholic beverage is reminiscent of shortbread and butterscotch. Each booking will also take home a new edition of the Souvenir Guidebook signed by John Richardson, Special Effects Supervisor for the Harry Potter™ film series.
Take this opportunity to explore the Forbidden Forest, the newest expansion of the Studio Tour. Follow the footsteps of Harry, Ron and Hermione deep into the grounds of the Forbidden Forest. Home to an abundance of creatures, the Forbidden Forest offers shelter and protection to Hippogriffs and Acromantula among many others. One of the original costumes of Rubeus Hagrid™ will be on display, lantern in hand, to welcome you through the Hogwarts™ gates deep into the forest as you walk beneath the giant entwined roots.
