Save money with this Super Saver that combines a full-day City Tour of Madrid with the Royal Site of San Lorenzo de El Escorial and a full-day tour to Salamanca and Avila.

Meet your guide in downtown Madrid for a morning City tour of Madrid in small groups.

Our first stop will be at the iconic Royal Palace of Madrid, the official residence of the Spanish Royal Family in Madrid but that is only used for state ceremonies.

From there, you will enjoy a guided walking tour to the famous Plaza Mayor, one of the oldest squares of the city. Marvel at this impressive rectangular square surrounded by three-story residential buildings with balconies facing the Plaza and at its nine entranceways.

Continue to Puerta del Sol, one of the best known areas of Madrid where the symbol of Madrid, the Bear and the Madroño Tree is located as well as the symbolic center of Spain with the kilómetro cero plaque and the famous clock where Spanish people gather to celebrate New Year's celebration.

Then, the minibus will take you to the Gran Via, the most famous and busiest street of Madrid full of shops and restaurants.

Your next stop will be at Puerta de Alcala next to the main entrance of Parque del Retiro, one of the largest parks of Madrid where the beautiful Crystal Palace is located.

Do not miss Plaza de Cibeles, a neo-classical complex of marble sculptures with fountains, which is a symbol of Madrid where the Real Madrid team celebrates its victories.

You will also pass by the Plaza de España square, at the western end of the Gran Vía and other highlights of Madrid.

Enjoy some free time in La Latina to have lunch.

In the afternoon, we will head to the Escorial, located at about 45 kilometres of Madrid. The Escorial, also known as the Royal Site of San Lorenzo de El Escorial is a historical residence of the King of Spain and therefore a royal palace but also a monastery, museum and a school that was built between 1563 and 1584.

Your guide will take you to the Courtyard of the Kings, the basilica of San Lorenzo el Real, which is the central building in the El Escorial, the Palace of Philip II, the Pantheon of the Kings and of the Princess, the Escorial library and to the Escorial Gardens. After a 1-hour guided visit you'll have time to explore the place by your own.
