What To Expect
Start your day with a panoramic drive and then take your spirit of journey to Bahrain's highest peak, Jabal Al Dukhan. Commonly known as the Mountain of Smoke, the hill is often surrounded by haze on humid days.
Then, see the first oil production well in the Arabian Gulf as this tour takes you to the Oil Museum and the First Oil Well. Learn more about the history of oil industry and see fascinating exhibits, including drilling equipment, documents, old photographs and a working model of an oil ring.
Proceed to the venerable Tree of Life, a 400-year old mesquite tree considered as a natural wonder. Be puzzled by how this tree of solitary splendor in a sea of sand is nurtured by a source of water the origin of which remains a mystery as no aquifers are known to exist at the tree's location.
Finally, visit Al Areen Wildlife Park. Brimming with native fauna in their natural habitat, you can see Arabian Oryx, Persian gazelles, springbok, impala and other rare and endangered species of animals harmoniously coexisting with each other
