Drive up to Tagaytay City and enjoy panoramic views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. See the world famous 19th century Bamboo Organ, observe the assembly of the iconic jeepney or maybe even sample local produce at a pineapple or coffee plantation.
From Manila, we drive to Tagaytay, one of the cooler spots in the tropical country of the Philippines. On the way up, we make a stop at San Jose Church in Las Pinas to see the world famous 19th century Bamboo Organ built by Spanish priest Father Diego Cera. Made from about 800 bamboo pieces, the organ is said to produce a unique sound.
Besides its cool climate, the panoramic views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano (the inception-like "lake within a volcano within a lake within a volcano") is one of the biggest draws of Tagaytay for tourists and locals alike. Located on a ridge 2,200 feet above sea level, the city offers awe inspiring vistas from several vantage points, including atop the Palace in the Sky, the resthouse of former President Ferdinand Marcos.
You will also have a chance to visit a local jeepney assembly plant and observe how this iconic mode of transportation unique to the country is built.
Time permitting, you may also get a chance to sample local produce at one of the many pineapple or coffee (two of the main agricultural products of the province of Cavite) plantations around. You may also buy various woodcrafted souvenirs by the roadside along the way.

It was a good time even though the weather didn't totally want to corporate. The view was pretty, the church was beautiful. The only down fall was the time so it was rushed. The driving was a bit wild to keep on schedule. The guide was very funny over all I had a good time.
