What To Expect
BAUX DE PROVENCE: Visit the médiéval village of Baux de Provence. Free time to explore the village and castle, a fortress built on a rocky spur in the 10th century. An imposing 12th century castle dominates the pleasant little perched village. Les Baux is well restored and well tended, and the amazing big castle (rebuilt in the 16th century and restored in 1960) gives the village an ever-present mood of medievalism. Lovely and unspoiled by tourist attractions, the narrow streets wind between charming old buildings with many little squares and fountains hidden away for discovery.
SAINT REMY DE PROVENCE: You will drive to Saint Remy de Provence and the "plateau des Antiques" to admire the Roman triumphal arch and Mausoleum
GORDES : Visit of Gordes listed as one of the most beautiful village of France and classified as monument by UNESCO since 1977. Free time to visit the place, Saint Firmin palace, church
ROUSSILLON : You will drive along typical Provencal landscape and pass the Pont Julian roman bridge to reach Roussillon built on a rocky spur, it is called the little "Provençal colorado". Free time at leisure to visit the village and walk along the "Ochre path" during a 30mn walk.
