Embark on a comprehensive 3.5-hour bike tour around Melbourne, Victoria's vibrant coastal capital. Cruise along the bike paths of picturesque Yarra River, the undisputed social heart of the city. Visit the world-renowned Royal Botanic Gardens, where you will see 38 hectares of well-manicured gardens brimming with native and exotic flora of different species. Continue to the Shrine of Remembrance, a memorial to all the Australian heroes who served in war.
Stop at the historic Old Melbourne Gaol and see the prison cell of some of the country's most notorious criminals, including bushranger Ned Kelly and serial killer Frederick Bailey Deeming. See the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the 10th largest stadium in the world and continue your tour to the hidden laneways of the city. One of the highlights of the tour, take time to explore the diverse range of street art and associated subcultures through some vibrant laneways in Melbourne's CBD.
Continue your tour to the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens, which, according to the World Heritage, are "of historical, architectural, aesthetic, social and scientific (botanical) significance to the State of Victoria."
During the tour, you will also take a quick stop for lunch at Fitzroy Bar (cost not included). While at Fitzroy, pedal along thriving street art communities and many small commercial art galleries, artist-run spaces and artist studios.
Lastly, explore Melbourne's Chinatown, the longest continuously running Chinese community outside of Asia.

This tour will still run in case of light rain. In this instance, it is recommended that you bring a poncho or jacket. Bringing of extra layer of clothing is also recommended in case the weather is chilly.
Please wear appropriate biking clothes as well as sun protection. Avoid wearing baggy pants, open-toed shoes, and sandals.
The cost of food at Fitzroy Bar is not included with the tour fee. Please make sure to have extra cash for lunch.

Shrine of Remembrance and Old Melbourne Gaol
The shrine originally served as monument to Victorians who served in the First World War but has since been used as a memorial to all citizens who served in other battles. The Old Melbourne Gaol was a prison which housed some of Australia's most prominent crime figures.
Hidden Laneways and Royal Exhibition Buildings
