What To Expect
This tour covers the most important events in the Soviet Union history and tells the stories of its famous people's lives: Lenin, Stalin, Trotzkiy, Khrushev, Brejnev, Soviet scientists and artists.
You will learn of the original ideas of the early Soviet Union - a gigantic social experiment and the later days of its ideology, hear fascinating stories of its leaders' rise into power, understand their personal motivation for actions that affected the course of world history, see where soviet leaders lived and visit one of their apartments to feel what it was like to be at the top of the power and yet just a fraction away from GULAG.
You will see the headquarters of KGB building, hear the Cold war espionage stories, visit the first Soviet residential district and get a feeling for ordinary people's every day life, visit the Novodevichiy cemetery to see the graves of Lenin's brother, Stalin's wife, Khrushev, Raisa Gorbacheva, Yeltsin, etc.
You will be directed to a lovely local restaurant for lunch or you will just have free time for lunch at the place of your choice.

This tour does not include transportation. Public transportation (when needed) will be used during the tour.
