It is recommended that you allot at least 1 hour for your journey through the Empire State.
Average waiting time ranges from 15-30 minutes to the 86th floor. The best time to visit is around 08:00 or 15:00; but peak visiting times may vary by season.

The Empire State Building is open rain or shine, however, special holiday hours apply.
All visitors to the building must pass through primary security screenings before being admitted. It is recommended that you travel light and avoid bringing prohibited items. (See List of Prohibited Items)
Disabled Access The Empire State is fully ADA compliant. The building is equipped with handicapped restrooms and lowered viewing walls and binoculars.
