What To Expect
This tour combines two main attractions near Paris. Spend the day discovering Monet's House in Giverny and the great Palace of Versailles.
You will start with a visit of Monet's home and its gardens. With your driver-guide, wander past the lilly pond and its famous Japanese bridge, Monet's main sources of inspiration at the end of his life. Then, you will have time to explore the flower garden, the house and the former studio of the painter where art and nature become one. The driver-guide will also provide you with the entrance ticket to the new Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny.
After lunch at the Moulin de Fourges, we will drive through the countryside of the Seine Valley toward Versailles.

In the afternoon, head to the former home of French royalty. Versailles, built for Louis XIV to symbolize his power and the influence of France, bears witness to the luxurious court and the artistic genius of the 17th and the 18th centuries. There, you will go on a guided visit of the luxurious Gardens before you are given time to explore the Royal State Apartments of the Palace with an audio guide.
